Karen M. Bruns, CKD

"Project Partner" expresses the attitude that the most important factor in any remodeling project is the person using the space. No one can design "for" you without designing "with" you. If the end design doesn't fit your functional needs, it doesn't matter how good it looks. If the end design doesn't reflect your individual tastes, you will be living in a "house" not a "home." If you don't have a sense of how your design decisions fit into your budget, you may be unpleasantly surprised at the end of the project.

Remodeling can be a stressful process. Your project partner is there to relieve that stress. Your project partner guides you through the process, applying:

  • knowledge of industry practices,
  • knowledge of building codes/guidelines,
  • knowledge of product lines, and
  • a creative sense of space and design.

It all begins and ends with you, the client. Understanding your needs and expectations is the first step. Exceeding your expectations is the end goal.
